Well, it has been almost two weeks since Leinie arrived. He was a very nervous, timid dog when he first came to us, with a lot of nervous urinating and hiding. He spent several days sitting alone in a lazyboy on our porch before he joined the rest of our pack and started interacting with our family. He still runs back to his safe spot of the porch when he’s afraid or unsure of things. He doesn’t seem to like it when we play frisbee or ball with Doc, but he now plays and chews with toys. He loves sitting with us and being petted. He also loooooves riding in cars. He explores our ranch and comes when he’s called and is a fast learner. He seems to be getting better everyday and will make his new forever home very happy. 🙂
